Who we are

This store is run by the PancakeSMP team. PancakeSMP is an independent Minecraft server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

What you are buying

The + rank is a cosmetic rank on the PancakeSMP server. It is a digital item tied to one Minecraft username. It has no cash value, it cannot be sold or traded, and it gives no advantage in combat.

Playing on PancakeSMP is free. A purchase is a way to support the running costs of the server.

Subscriptions

The + rank is a monthly subscription. You are charged $9.99 when you subscribe and again every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, the rank stays until the end of the period you already paid for.

We may change the price in the future. If we do, we will announce it in our Discord before it applies to existing subscribers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar, who acts as the merchant of record. Your payment is also covered by Polar's own terms. We never receive or store your card details.

Age

If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before you buy anything. If you are the parent of a child who bought something without permission, open a ticket in our Discord.

Server rules still apply

Buying a rank does not put you above the server rules. If you are banned for breaking the rules, you lose access to your rank for the length of the ban and that time is not refunded.

Refunds

All sales are final and we do not give refunds. You can open a ticket in our Discord to request one and we will look at it, but we do not promise to approve it. See the billing and refunds page.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a payment, talk to us first and we will fix it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us removes the rank and may lead to a ban from the server.

Availability

We work hard to keep the server online, but we cannot promise it will always be available. Restarts, updates and outages happen. If the server shuts down for good, active subscriptions will be cancelled so you are not charged again.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to subscribe after a change means you accept the new terms.
