Refunds

Billing

The + rank costs $9.99 a month. You are charged when you subscribe, then on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Polar receipt email, or by opening a ticket in our Discord. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep the rank until the end of the month you already paid for, then it is removed.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds, including for unused time after you cancel.

If you think your case is different, open a ticket in our Discord to request one. Include the Minecraft username and the email you paid with. We read every request, but we do not promise to approve it. If a refund is approved, the rank is removed.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, Polar will try again. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the rank is removed. You can subscribe again at any time.

Chargebacks

Please open a ticket before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback opened without contacting us removes the rank and may lead to a ban.

Wrong username

If you typed the wrong Minecraft name, open a ticket and we will move the rank to the right account for free.
